6. Shipping and Delivery
Inside Dhaka: 2-3 Working Days.
Outside Dhaka: 3-5 Working Days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us via email at support@buydora.shop within 24 hours of delivery. For a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
8. Limitation of Liability
Buydora.shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products purchased through the site.
